Airton installed a variable speed split heat pump (for heating and cooling) as well as new insulated metal ductwork throughout the crawl space in my century-old home in Los Altos. I am very satisfied with their work. I contacted Luis F, and he promptly returned my call and scheduled an estimate appointment. Their work was timely, meticulously clean, and of high quality. The crew completed the work over four days, including some custom fabrication to accommodate the needs of the older home. They were courteous and professional in their work. Luis was knowledgeable and patient in explaining all aspects of the system to me during and after the installation. He also responds promptly to any questions I text him. The heat pump provides a much cleaner, gentler, and more efficient temperature regulation than the previous gas furnace. And we now have air conditioning for the first time, all delivered through the durable new ductwork. Airtron was recommended to me by a local friend, and I will recommend them to others as well.
Chris, Manny, and their team were extremely meticulous, efficient, and thorough in their installation of a 5-ton HVAC system. Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working, and I found Airtron on Yelp. Tito got back to me right away and scheduled an inspection for the next day. During the inspection, Tito was upfront with us about the issues with the furnace, and ultimately, we decided that replacement was the best option. Tito not only gave us a good price on the furnace and labor (seriously, we were expecting to pay twice as much), but he also managed to complete the work two days later. We told him we had a toddler, and he did everything he could to ensure we could get our heater up and running as soon as possible. There were some surprises along the way, but Tito and his team handled them well. It turns out our old furnace was built into the platform it sat on, so they had to remove the furnace and part of the platform, which was a bit more work than expected. They did a great job and cleaned up the space afterward. Tito even called a couple of days after the installation to make sure everything was working correctly. That's exceptional customer service. We will definitely continue to do business with Airtron. They were so professional, honest, and easy to work with. Thank you, Tito and team.
Tito provided us with a very reasonable quote for our new heating and air conditioning system last year (2021). After receiving a few other quotes from different contractors, my wife and I decided to go with Airtron. Tito was very honest and patient in answering all of our questions, unlike the other contractors we met. He was highly responsive and professional throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to the installation, permit processing, and beyond. I am very disappointed with the Airtron service after the installation. Airton did our entire home HVAC system in 2021 for over $50,000, and now, when the Trane unit they installed has failed, they said I have to wait 2 weeks to get any service (note that I am willing to pay for the service). Instead, they told me I'm on my own until then. I would advise you to avoid a vendor/servicer like this and choose someone who will stand by you.
