Ray and his brother have done an excellent job repairing our dryer (which was making a terrible sound and needed replacement parts), our washing machine (where they replaced a moldy gasket), and our Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers. I've been impressed by how quickly they have been able to respond, often coming the same day. Their prices have seemed very reasonable, and they clearly take the time to do the job right. When the washing machine gasket replacement proved to be a difficult repair and the mounting failed after a week, Ray immediately responded and came on a Sunday evening to fix it, even finding a way to make the mount much more secure than the initial installation. I will continue to rely on them for any of our appliance needs moving forward. These technicians are truly the best.
