I recently hired Acosta Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my 35-year-old furnace, which was no longer safe to use, as well as my 35-year-old central air conditioning system. This company had serviced my old HVAC system for the past three years, so I trusted them to provide an honest estimate for the work. Jesse and his staff are professional, courteous, and helpful, including the office staff. The proposal/contract was very thorough, and there were no surprises. Luis and his team who did the installation arrived on time, completed the job in one day, and cleaned up very well. Luis' recommendations were valid, so I also had the old registers replaced throughout my home. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.
We have been managing with a gradually deteriorating Lennox system for the past 9 months. Other companies told us there was nothing they could do because our system was too old and the refrigerant was unavailable. However, that was not the case. Ramon inspected the system and found that we could use a newer refrigerant. He was able to address our issue, and our system is now functioning well. In the future, we will need a updated system and will have Acosta perform the work. Excellent service, and kudos to Acosta and Ramon.
Exceptional work! I would give 10 stars if that were an option. I had my HVAC system replaced today and was highly impressed with the installation. I highly recommend Acosta Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs. They installed a complete heat pump system to replace my old gas-fueled system, along with new ducting, grills, and a whole-house fan. Their pricing was very reasonable, the crew was polite, competent, and tidy. Working with Danny to select the appropriate system was easy and pleasant, and I especially want to commend Eli and the rest of the crew for their professionalism and expertise. This was one of the best home improvement projects I've had done.
