Recently, he visited my home and thoroughly inspected the heating and air conditioning systems, identified some issues, and provided me with a candid assessment of the solutions. I was in need of a new furnace, and fortunately, Roman was there to assist. My old unit was ground-mounted, had been compromised by recent rains, and was not up to code. The ductwork was also in poor condition, with uninsulated parts. Roman came in and resolved the entire issue, installing a 2-stage, 96% efficient gas furnace and replacing the faulty ductwork. He presented me with options for an electric split system as well, but my older home did not have the necessary electrical capacity, and the solar panels on my roof made the electric option more appealing.
