Aloha recently installed a brand-new HVAC system in our home, and they did an outstanding job. They didn't try to sell us the latest and most expensive option but instead carefully evaluated our home's needs and tailored the system accordingly. The new furnace is remarkably quiet and responsive, just in time for the cold weather. I appreciated that the person who provided the estimate was the same one who handled the installation, and they were patient in addressing all our questions and concerns. All of this was done at a reasonable price. The process was quick, efficient, and on schedule.
As I moved into a new residence, I noticed the heater wasn't functioning correctly. Since I had used Aloha Heating and Cooling twice before at my current home, I contacted them again. Debbie scheduled an appointment and arrived promptly at 8 AM as agreed. She inspected the heater and air output, discovering that the fan was set to the lowest setting. Once corrected, the heater operated as expected. Debbie also removed the dirty filter and advised that it should be replaced regularly to ensure optimal performance. As in my previous experiences, Debbie provided excellent service.
