When our refrigerator stopped functioning, we contacted Kitchen Aid to schedule a repair appointment. They informed us that the sealed parts were covered under warranty, but we would have to pay for the diagnostic and labor costs. They booked a same-day appointment, but the technician canceled. Kitchen Aid couldn't provide another technician until after the holidays. Turning to Yelp, we found Tommy and another technician. We scheduled both to ensure the issue was resolved. Both technicians provided the same diagnosis and similar quotes, indicating the compressor needed replacement. We proceeded with Tommy, as he was the first to arrive. He demonstrated expertise, offered fair pricing, and fixed the refrigerator the next morning as promised. The entire experience with Tommy was much quicker and more cost-effective than the Kitchen Aid technician.

This is an excellent company, from the initial phone contact to the technician who came to fix my appliance. I called them to repair my dryer, which I suspected had a broken belt in the back, and that was indeed the problem. Their price was reasonable, and the technician did a great job. While there, he also noted that my washing machine could use a seal repair around the door. They scheduled an appointment to return and fix that as well. They provided excellent service on both appliances and were a pleasure to work with.
