Update: New purchase Because of the great service we received before we decided to purchase our new fridge from Authentic Appliance. From the time of order to delivery it was less than a week. Love the GE fridge! Just super happy they were able to get it so fast and in time for the holidays. Thanks Stacey, Jeff and Blake for all your help!! My dryer stopped working and was really happy that it was repaired the same day. I was impressed with their text system to let me know that “Jeff would be there in 44 minutes.” Repair and service was quick. Very happy to have the dryer working again. I highly recommend this company!
Excellent service and very knowledgeable! My company has purchased 3 Speed Queen commercial washing machines from Authentic. These machines take a beating and keep on running. Great warranty for when they need work which is always due to user error and not because the of machines. Also purchased the BEST dishwasher of my life from here and I AM IN LOVE! I don’t even have to rinse the plate off and it comes out sparkling clean. Thanks Jeff and Stacey!
