The name says it all - BEST SERVICE. Dylan was great. He worked in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess that was made. We had our washer and dryer serviced, and so far, we have not encountered any issues. The pricing was also reasonable. Excellent service. I recently used Best appliance repair for a washing machine repair and am extremely satisfied with their service. They came out promptly to diagnose the problem, which they only charge $15 for, and the technician quickly identified the issue. We had to wait a few days for the necessary hose, as the washing machine is around 40 years old, a Maytag model that is no longer produced. But it was worth fixing the older appliance. I highly recommend this company, and I will use them for any future appliance repair needs. A special shout-out to Artem for his excellent work.
The service provided was very professional. The technician came in and diagnosed the issue with my dryer. Previously, Kenmore repair had told me I needed a whole new dryer and that it couldn't be fixed. However, the technician from Best Services Appliance Repair correctly identified the problem as just the timer on the dryer. This saved me a significant amount of money, as the repair cost around $220 including parts, compared to the $800-900 I would have had to spend on a new dryer.
