When I called Big Brother's Plumbing, a real person answered the phone, even on a Friday evening. Then, the technician named Angel arrived and accurately identified the actual issue, making his best efforts to resolve it while considering the existing hardware. Although he couldn't perfectly match the fix, he was pleasant, efficient, and informative throughout the process. He even made some calls on my behalf, making the entire plumbing problem-solving experience quite nice. I would recommend this company, as they are honest and responsive, with human operators answering the phone.

While attempting to modify my irrigation system, I accidentally damaged the heavily corroded old galvanized line leading to my house. I was able to temporarily patch it, but I needed a professional fix quickly. Angel from Big Brothers Plumbing arrived the very next morning, provided a reasonable estimate, and started the work the same day. When it turned out that they didn't need to replace some of the pipe that had been planned for replacement, Angel was honest about it and saved me a significant amount of money. Angel was amazing! I was in a panic over a failed water heater with water everywhere, but he remained calm and professional. He clearly explained the costs, and the team of Ruben and Jesus installed the new water heater the same day I called, passing the city's permit inspection the next day without any issues. Angel also provided great advice on a new faucet for my bathroom. I would definitely use this company again, as I felt well taken care of and appreciated their speed and quality of service.
