Sergio and Jose did an excellent job performing maintenance on my main AC and mini split unit. They were very thorough and made sure my unit was completely cleaned. They even showed me pictures before and after so I could see how dirty my unit was. Sergio also offered to fix the drain on my AC unit because he noticed it wasn’t draining properly. Technicians seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I plan on using Breezio AC in the future to make some upgrades to my home’s heating and AC. Sergio recommended a dual zone thermostat since I have a two-story house. Overall, very satisfied.
Grant quoted us for a new AC Israel from Breezio fixed it in an hour . Love breezio. Honest company. All their employees are good.
California winters can be chilly, not with Breezio around! Talk about fast furnace repair. These guys got my house nice and toasty under an hour after arrival. Fair prices, friendly, and precise. I'd recommend all of this company for anything HVAC! Visalia is in good hands, thanks again!
Incredible work and customer service from Breezio, they were able to fit me into their schedule the same day I called, I believe Israel did most of the work in the pouring rain, and Sergio stayed until almost 9 PM to make sure our heater was up and running for a cold night. A+ all the way around would highly recommend to anyone looking for AC or Heating service. Thank you!
Update: The owner contacted me directly and explained what happened on their end. He took full responsibility and apologized for what happened. Also mentioned the price I was quoted was likely a typo and the actual price would have been closer to $400 vice $800. I have nothing but respect for someone who takes ownership of mistakes and it reflects the company’s integrity. I will be giving this company another chance in the future! Had an issue with my furnace. You could hear something going on but no air was coming out of the vents. Upon initial troubleshooting with a friend, we concluded there was something wrong with the blower. As I am not an expert in furnaces, I hired Breezio to diagnose the issue. The tech claimed I had a bad limit switch and pressure switch. They then sent me a quote of over $800 to have these parts replaced. I thought this price was insane, so I contacted another company that quoted me less than half that price without even sharing the original quote with them... When the new tech arrived, he quickly realized the problem was in fact not the limit and pressure switches, but something blown out on the board that controls the blower that likely was the result of something shorting out. He was able to solder the damaged piece, and everything worked perfectly. Ended up paying MUCH less than what was quoted by Breezio. I understand that nobody is perfect and mistakes happen, but my family and I had been freezing our butts off for weeks. For someone to come in, not properly diagnose the issue, and charge an outrageous price for parts that cost between $15-$100 max is quite frustrating. On top of that, my friend and I (who are in no way "experts" when it comes to furnace/AC repair) were closer in our diagnostic than the tech. I'm not sure what would have happened if I accepted Breezio's quote and they made the repairs to only find out the actual problem was still present. Would I have been told the problem was misdiagnosed and given a refund? Or would I have been told it turns out there are "additional problems" and been charged even more on top of the $800+? Bottom line is, I wouldn't use a company whose professional advice cannot be trusted for repairs/services on a critical piece of equipment such as AC & Heating.
