Best local contractors to hire! Had an issue with my HVAC and few other companies came over to diagnose with the same issue. I told C&M my issue so I didnt have to pay the diagnostic fee. Came over installed my part at an affordable price with same warranty as other companies for half the cost. Not because its cheap, but because other companies are owned by venture companies up charging services. Absolutely recommend fix and repair!

Tino and Cesar did an excellent job installing a mini split at my parents’ house. They were on time, professional, and worked clean and efficiently. Exceptional Service from C&M Air Conditioning and Heating! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from C&M Air Conditioning and Heating. Tino and Cesar were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They went above and beyond to fix a botched mini split installation that I had done by some unqualified installers referred by a “friend.” Unfortunately, those units failed after just two years due to poor installation that restricted airflow and eventually burned out the motors. Tino took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me how the previous setup was improperly done. He and Cesar then installed two brand-new mini splits the right way, mounting them properly to ensure optimal airflow and performance. Their work was meticulous, and they offered a fair price for both the units and installation. Once the job was complete, they didn’t just leave—they tested everything, made sure the AC was cooling properly, and took the time to answer all my questions. They ensured I was 100% satisfied before wrapping up. I will absolutely be calling them again for semi-annual maintenance and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
