We recently had someone from Carlson Plumbing come out to assess the issue with our plumbing, as we have a crack in the pipe under the slab. Gilbert, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He arrived on time, inspected the plumbing both on the roof and through the cleanout, and was able to pinpoint the problem and provide us with a rough estimate and a range of options to address the issue. I greatly appreciate the time he took to thoroughly investigate the problem and provide us with a clear understanding of the situation and the steps forward.
