During the harshest weeks of the 2026 winter, our heating system failed. I contacted Carol Flynn's office manager, Maria, the angel, and despite their technicians being occupied, she arranged for her boss, Marco, to come that same afternoon to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue, which ultimately proved irreparable. He thoroughly explained our options, and I chose to have the furnace replaced with an upgraded, 97% efficient Carrier furnace and a new digital thermostat with Wi-Fi capabilities. Marco provided an extremely fair price for the new furnace. Luis and Eddie were exceptionally thorough, and without being directed, they upgraded everything: the mounting to the studs, all the electrical wiring, switches, PVC flue, and drain lines. They rearranged their schedules and came on a Saturday, spending the entire day to assist us. And in the few days we were without heat, Marco went out of his way to deliver 3 space heaters so we could stay comfortable. We have been using this excellent HVAC company for years. We scheduled a duct cleaning, and they discovered that over half of the ducts were damaged, as a wild animal had accessed the crawl space and torn them apart. Carol Flynn rearranged their schedule and rebuilt the ducts within 4 days, in time for Thanksgiving. I obtained estimates from various companies but decided to use the one we trust to deliver the best work. The crew also found a minor gas leak to the hot water tank and fixed it without additional charge. I later hired Carol Flynn to replace the furnace in another of my properties. They did a great job cleaning the existing ducts and replacing the old gas furnace with an energy-efficient model that can be easily upgraded to an electric heat pump in the future.
