Carlos was very professional and he really knows his stuff. He explained the problem my mini split was having to me and he repaired it for us! Pedro came out and checked out my Ac and thermostat. He also went up into my attic to check my duct work. The whole time he was very informative and also was able to recalibrate my eco bee thermostat to read accurately. I've been a customer of central elite cooling and heating for the last few years now and I will continue to be one. This company is top notch and their technicians are not only highly capable they are also courteous to any questions you may have or need an answer to.
Central Elite Cooling and Heating came in clutch. We had a problem with our air conditioner and had called them over for an a/c repair diagnostics. They were able to find out I needed a compressor changeout and got my unit up and working again. The other company I had called prior didn’t even tell me there was a problem with the compressor and that I needed a new unit which would have costed me over $20k!! I love Pedro and his team they are professionals and actually take the time to repair our system. He even washed our unit and made sure everything was on point. I highly recommend central elite cooling and heating for all my hvac needs in the future! If you are in the Fresno area be sure to give these guys a call
