When I contacted Louis from Evans Heating and Air, he was already occupied with other tasks, but he assured me he would do his best to come out. He followed through and tried the obvious and easiest fixes, which unfortunately did not work. It turned out that the fan's motor had burned out. Louis explained the issue, ordered the necessary part, and returned the next day to complete the installation. He was clean, matter-of-fact, and very respectful throughout the process.
