We had been using our 23-year-old 3-ton HVAC system to its full potential, and then needed to replace it entirely. I met with and received quotes from 4 different companies, and ultimately went with Jay and Green Planet, which we are very pleased with. Not only was Jay excellent at explaining our options, but he also had the best understanding of the available rebates, incentives, and tax credits from the City, State, and Federal programs. While their bid was in the middle of the others, once those incentives were factored in, we saved thousands compared to the competitors. Jay's team was punctual, clean, friendly, and efficient, handling the challenges of our tight attic beautifully. Communication with the front office for scheduling and follow-up work was easy, friendly, and professional. We now have a wonderful new 4T heat pump at a reasonable cost, and we couldn't be happier. The service technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and provided a detailed explanation on how to operate the remote for our mini-split system. He also thoroughly inspected the refrigeration system to ensure everything was working properly.
