Update: The company management reached out to me after the previous review and worked hard to address the communication issues. They provided me with a completely new, modern heat pump system quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price, including a solid warranty going forward. I would now give them a 5-star review for the professional way they handled my needs as a customer.
