Abel did an excellent job replacing the latches on my washing machine. He arrived on time, had the necessary parts and tools. He performed a thorough job and was pleasant. I will use his services again if the need arises. I paid $250 for 1.5 hours of labor, which included the time he needed to travel to get the part and come to my home. I believe this was a fair price.
Having a service technician arrive on time is invaluable. Our refrigerator had intermittent issues with the interior lights, in-door ice, and water problems. I had read that the wiring harness is often the culprit, requiring door removal for replacement. I called Abel at Hi Q, and he came that evening and determined the issue was a simple door switch replacement part that needed to be ordered. While he was there, I asked him to also look at our dryer, which was not drying properly on the Normal Cycle. He had the necessary therm mister part on his truck and fixed that problem as well. He followed up a few days later with the door switch, and everything is now working perfectly. Abel is knowledgeable and will be my go-to for future appliance repairs.
