This company has provided an exceptional experience. Chris, the owner, gave a fair quote and honest recommendations during the initial assessment. My mother, who has a low income, was assisted by Lila for an entire year to qualify for a special program, and they followed up to inform us when she was accepted. The installation team, led by Ivan, another owner, consisted of two very professional individuals, Jairo and Rafael, who were patient, flexible, and kind throughout the process. They took care to protect the home and addressed all questions. The Mitsubishi unit they recommended is fantastic, and we are now enjoying a warm home that hasn't felt true warmth in years. This HVAC company has been my favorite, as they are not overpriced and provide reasonable pricing, making them a wise choice.

I called due to my old furnace giving out during the very cold weather, and I was seeking a prompt replacement solution, even though the holidays were approaching. I received a very understanding response, and they were able to schedule a same-day visit to assess the situation. I am now awaiting their proposal, and I am most appreciative of their kind support. I am adding another 5-star review. We had a Mitsubishi mini-split system installed in 6 rooms of our house, and the entire process was exceptionally well-executed. Chris, Ivan, Lila, and the installers were efficient, thorough, pleasant, and responsive throughout the design, installation, cleanup, and follow-up phases. If I had any questions or requests, I received a prompt response or solution. Lila also provided the necessary information to help me quickly obtain the Sonoma Clean Power rebate. I am completely satisfied and have recommended this company to my friends.
