Sam was straightforward, responsive, and open to my ideas, such as installing the outdoor unit in the side yard instead of the backyard, which he facilitated. We are very pleased with the service provided by Plum HVAC. Their crew was highly efficient and pleasant to work with, explaining the process throughout the two-day project to remove the existing gas furnace and electric AC unit and install a new heat pump unit in the attic, along with new ducts. Natalie was fantastic in guiding us to qualify for the available rebates by converting to a heat pump system. Any questions or requests are best addressed by email to both Sam and Natalie. Given their exceptional work, I am now trying to convince a family member to use Plum HVAC when their system needs replacement.
