Mark is an impressive technician, extremely knowledgeable and willing to provide helpful assistance in any way he can. When I contacted other companies about my HRV system, they were unwilling to even schedule an appointment. However, Mark walked me through his process, explaining what he was doing and why, clearly demonstrating his understanding of HRV systems. I will definitely reach out to Rocklin Heating & Air if I ever need service again.
