I was referred to “Rodgers Air Conditioning and Plumbing” from a person that really knows plumbing. I gave the company a call & Robert, the technician, came out the next day. We had a leaking water pipe behind our toilet, with a cheap type of push-in pull-out “shut off water valve, with plastic tubing. Robert replaced 3 toilet “push-in pull-out” shut off water valves with 3 beautiful stainless steel tubing with easy turn on & turn off water valves! He did a wonderful job with skill & precision. I reached out to Gary because my mother-in-law's water heater in her mobile home had stopped working. Despite her residence being quite a distance away in Escondido, Gary was undeterred. He promptly scheduled a visit for the following morning, arriving with a new water heater prepared for installation. After successfully installing the new unit, he also took the time to inspect her heater, air conditioner, and other appliances. My mother-in-law was extremely impressed by Gary's professionalism and kindness, even referring to him as "a saint." It is worth noting that my mother-in-law is 73 years old, and she greatly appreciated having someone as reliable as Gary to assist her that day. My AC went out and I called around trying to get someone to look at it. After being ghosted by another company Rodger was able to schedule next day, on a Sunday too! Rodger was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem and take care of some other maintenance I was interested in as well. Rodger was happy to help educate me so I can know my own house better and he gave me a better deal than other companies I've worked with in the past.
