The technician arrived on a Saturday night and charged a reasonable fee for a swift repair. He also helped us understand potential future issues and provided more details about the known problems with our custom-built Kitchen Aid refrigerator/freezer - he fixed the inverter, didn't cash the check until the compressor demonstrated functionality for over 24 hours, and mentioned issues with the control board. I had a great experience with SPARK APPLIANCE REPAIR. Technician Yurii was prompt, professional, and quickly inspected and estimated the repair for my LG Invertor Direct Drive clothes washer. My LG washer was leaking too much water after another company (Reliable Appliance Service, Inc.) had replaced the broken drain water pump. Reliable Appliance Service, Inc. was called back to investigate the new leak, but without opening the washer, they recommended replacing the drain pump hose, which I didn't trust. I then contacted SPARK APPLIANCE REPAIR, and Yurii was incredibly professional and courteous. He clearly explained the issue, showing me the leaking washing machine dispenser drawer assembly. Yurii found the best price for the replacement part and provided a very reasonable estimate. He scheduled the repair, arrived as promised, and promptly disassembled, replaced the part, and reassembled the washer. Remarkably, this also fixed a minor leak on the washer door boot seal. I will definitely use SPARK APPLIANCE REPAIR again and recommend them to my friends and family.
