Their craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence exceeded our expectations in every way. The team of three technicians who came to do the work were exceptional - they explained each step as they went and showed great care for our home, cleaning up beautifully at the end. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was complete, even bringing a spotlight to finish the outdoor AC unit in the dark. We were very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy, and were sad to see them go. They are welcome back anytime for a cup of tea.

From the first phone call to the completion of our new HVAC system, the experience has been very positive. Technician Jacob Jordon arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the outdoor units, attic, and interior. He explained everything they would be doing from start to finish. Jacob is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. On the installation days, the team arrived on time, protected our home, and worked efficiently as a team. They went over everything with us when the job was complete. These young men are clearly skilled and took great care throughout the process. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on some follow-up items like a year's supply of filters and a call about an issue we are experiencing. However, the company has since reached out and addressed these concerns, and I am now very pleased with the overall quality of service provided.
I cannot recommend Three Rivers' service enough! We came home to a house that was 89 degrees inside because our AC had stopped working while we were away. I called Jacob on a Sunday afternoon, and he fit us in the very next morning. He arrived, diagnosed the issue, and had the AC back up and running in just 15 minutes. Not only was the service quick and excellent, but Jacob was also an awesome, friendly guy. You never know if you're going to get taken advantage of when calling an AC technician, but I can say with certainty that these people are honest. If your AC is struggling, I highly encourage you to give them a call.
My experience with this company has been mixed. They caused some damage to my home, including to the attic access where the unit was installed. While they did send someone to fix the damage after I posted a review, their communication and reliability have been inconsistent. For example, they left a ladder in my attic for three days after an inspection, and I had to complain to get them to remove it. My inspection with the city failed, and I'm hoping the next one will pass. Overall, I am disappointed with my decision to hire this company.
