I am grateful to Tokay Heating and Air for their assistance. My reliable heat pump from the 1990s unfortunately stopped functioning during the initial heat wave of the 2025 summer. I had previously worked with Phil from Hawk, who had merged with Tokay. The wonderful Tokay team was able to promptly schedule a visit the very next day and install a modern heat pump for me. The technicians, Albert and David, were friendly, highly skilled, and even handled the challenges posed by my unique equipment closet. They were also great with my dog, which is an added bonus.
