Our technician, Logan, was one of the best HVAC specialists we've had visit our home. He was so kind, prompt, and knowledgeable, explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring everything was working properly. True installed a heat pump and new furnace for us about 10 months ago, and we just had a maintenance check last week. We've been incredibly impressed with True and extremely satisfied with the entire system. An Xcel technician who happened to be at our home even commented that the installation was done exceptionally well. Our installers - Chris, Tim, Elijah, and Brandan - were all excellent, considerate, and wonderful to work with, especially Chris as the lead. Our first maintenance check with Colin was also great - he was thorough and helpful. We're keeping True as our regular HVAC maintenance provider and would definitely use them again for any future needs. Highly recommended!
These technicians deserve even more than five stars. From my initial appointment with Jophrey to the completed installation by Daniel, Eli, Alex, and Dustin, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. This was a challenging install due to tight space and complex ductwork, yet the team was meticulous, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout. They arrived clean, kept the work area clean, and clearly explained their actions - a level of service I'm not accustomed to. The workmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. Surprisingly, the quality of heat actually feels noticeably better. I'm extremely pleased with the results, which included a new furnace, heat pump, hot water tank, and necessary electrical upgrades.
