After getting a couple of estimates. I came across this company and I received an immediate response, reasonable estimate and same day service. Ross, was professional, clean, great and fast service. UKS Pro was great! They gave a short service window and were on time. They were able to come same day to repair our dryer which would not run a cycle. We noticed a different issue present after they left where there was no heat (at no fault to them since this was not an issue we flagged) and they came back the next day to repair that issue at no additional cost. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Called and spoke with Merriam and she sounded very nice so I was convinced to make an appointment on same day. Stan, the nice repairman, came in early and repaired our dryer promptly. He was good with his job and respectful. ‘Will call them again in the future if needed.
What a pleasant experience!! Stan came RIGHT in, located our SAD but awesome dryer and went right to work. Requested just a quote but he got right in there and started to work on it. Of course I said wait we just needed a quote BUT since he was here lemme check it out. If I have the part already ill get to work OR I can come back on a day that works for me and my fam and ill order part needed. He had the part!! Didn't have to wait! And costs was not as much as I thought it would be so I'm VERY happy about that!! Great guy...I now have my "go-to" incase it's needed in the future and of course I'll let others know about this, too 😀 😊
I called UKS Pro yesterday for a repair on my LG dryer. They were able to schedule me for the next day around lunchtime, which I appreciated. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem (a failed igniter), and completed the replacement the same visit. The dryer is now working fine. However, I found the pricing quite high. I was told the igniter would cost around $100 and labor about $180, for a total of $280. After mentioning that I had seen the same igniter online for about $40, the technician reduced the total to $260. While I appreciate the small discount, I still feel the repair was expensive. In my opinion, something closer to $200 would have been more reasonable. Service was prompt and professional, but because of the pricing, I would hesitate to recommend the company.
