Victor was wonderful. He came to investigate why my heater wasn't running and conducted extensive testing, determining that the heating system was functioning properly. However, after he left, I was still unable to turn on the heat. When I called Victor again, he returned to my home and discovered a vent was blocked by paper, preventing the heater from operating. Despite all the work he had done, Victor did not charge me anything, as he did not need to replace any parts. Victor Jr. and Victor Sr. provided an excellent service and a great price for my recent furnace installation. They were very communicative, and my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. We encountered a problem when the new furnace had a manufacturing defect upon unpacking.
