They cleaned up well after the job, and have agreed to return another day to address a couple of minor remaining items, even though their office is far away.

The team installed two new AC systems, one upstairs and one downstairs, in September. They performed the work competently, with a strong customer focus, and at fair and reasonable prices. I recently noticed a transformer in my attic that seemed quite hot, so I called them just to get advice, even though it was unrelated to their equipment. Dave came out to conduct a safety check, and determined the transformer was for my security system, not the AC. Despite this being unrelated to their work, they made some adjustments to improve safety, all at no charge. This company demonstrates a great culture, going above and beyond to address customer concerns, even when not directly responsible.
