My landlord contacted Wave Plumbing and Heating after the water heater in our condo started making a rumbling noise like a running motor. Once we provided them with the pictures, video, and description of the issue, their plumber gave us an estimated arrival time and showed up on schedule. He ended up replacing the entire water heater due to severe signs of leaking, which took him around 7 hours. Even so, he stayed late to ensure we fully understood what to look out for in the next few days and the steps to take if there were any signs of leaking or strange noises.
I needed a plumber on Sunday morning, and he answered my early call. He told me he would arrive between 10:30 and 11:30, and he showed up within that time frame. He unclogged the toilet and recommended that I get a new one, explaining the reasons why I should replace it. I have dealt with other plumbers who suggested the same thing, but they did not provide explanations. However, I appreciated the way he addressed the issue. I have decided to replace the toilet.
