I initially contacted Service Champion to get a quote for replacing my HVAC system, as they had informed me that my furnace had a burn mark and posed a safety risk. However, Wise Owl provided a different assessment, stating that I did not need to replace the furnace. I have attached pictures of my furnace, and would like to know if there are any genuine safety concerns. Wise Owl's pricing for the HVAC replacement is lower than Service Champion's, and they provided a detailed brochure outlining the costs of various systems, which Service Champion did not have. I am now disappointed with Service Champion, as they claimed my air filter was dirty when trying to sell me something, but then told me it was clean and did not need replacement. Wise Owl assured me they would change the air filter if they performed the tune-up, which Service Champion had done in 2022 and annually for my AC.
This company is highly reliable and extremely professional. They arrive on time and respond to every question and concern. They leave the work area clean and organized. It is challenging to find a company of such high caliber. I am very pleased with their services and would recommend them to everyone. They even went above and beyond the scheduled work to accommodate my additional requests. This is an exceptional company!
